Tana is passionate about educating companies about the value of a veteran and the tremendous amount of experience they bring to organizations. She is currently a Lieutenant Colonel in the Washington Army National Guard and has been actively serving for over 24 years as a Military Intelligence Officer.
Tana joined T-Mobile in January 2016 and currently leads a team in the Technology and Procurement space. She is committed to supporting the military community as they navigate their careers in the civilian workforce.
Tana co-leads the Employee Resource Group, the Veterans & Allies Network (VAN), which is a community of military service members, current and otherwise, as well as volunteers seeking to be a source of support and outreach for military Veterans, active-duty service members, National Guard and Reservists, and their families.
