Our Veteran Employee Resource Group meets quarterly and aids in our recruitment initiatives, veteran wellness programs, and provides current veteran staff with information on resources available on internal career mobility so our veterans have the opportunity to move up within the organization. Additionally, our commitment to the veteran community is demonstrated in our clinical practice. We support service members and their families through a variety of healthcare programs and services, including the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Center at NYU Langone, which provides free, compassionate care for veterans and military families who are experiencing the long-term effects of all phases of military service and other life stresses, including relationship difficulties, school problems, and unemployment/relocation issues. These services are also offered to members of the National Guard as well as military reservists. We offer high quality, accessible, and integrated mental healthcare.
