CALLIE FIELD

Callie Field is president of T-Mobile Business Group. She is widely recognized for revolutionizing customer experience, building operations that scale for rapid growth, and empowering and investing in people.

Callie leads an innovative and nimble team responsible for envisioning a 5G future for business and government customers. The Business Group is experiencing industry-leading growth across all segments and is a key growth vector and corporate priority for T-Mobile. With America’s largest and fastest 5G network as the foundation, Callie enables organizations to accelerate their digital transformation, innovation, and growth with customized end-to-end solutions.

In her career at T-Mobile, Callie has held a range of leadership roles across retail, customer care, and digitalization. As Chief Customer Experience Officer, she led a team of digital technologists and more than 30,000 customer experience-obsessed experts who have racked up more J.D. Power Awards in customer service than any other wireless provider. She was the leading architect of T-Mobile’s patented Team of Experts, a breakthrough customer service model that was featured in Harvard Business Review, The Frictionless Organization, Joy Works: Empowering Teams in the New Era of Work, and the Girls in Tech podcast.

Callie is an advocate for underrepresented groups and access to education and training. She is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to improve people’s lives, whether providing better access to healthcare for veterans or connectivity to rural communities. Callie serves as Executive Sponsor of T-Mobile’s Veterans and Allies Network, overseeing the programs that support the
company’s veterans, active duty military members, and military families.

Callie holds a BA in Literary Studies from Bard College and a JD/MBA from Texas Tech University. She has completed executive leadership certificates in Financial Management at MIT and Disruptive Innovation at Harvard Business School. She serves as a Board Member for DialPad, and has served as a board member at ServiceMax and Asian University for Women.
