Frank Bisignano is Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Fiserv, Inc. (NYSE: FI), a leading global technology provider enabling the movement of money and information for millions of people on behalf of thousands of financial institutions and millions of businesses around the world. Prior to joining Fiserv, Bisignano served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First Data.

Fiserv is passionate about giving back to the people and communities they impact around the world, supporting organizations that are working to advance diversity and equality of opportunity, education, environmental protection, and community strengthening.

Bisignano is a professional and personal advocate for creating positive change in communities and has spearheaded multiple impactful causes. In 2020, Fiserv launched Back2Business, a $50 million commitment to support minority-owned small businesses. To date, Back2Business has provided nearly 1,800 $10,000 grants to small businesses.

In partnership with the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University, Fiserv is a founding member of the Coalition for Veteran Owned Business (CVOB), which has engaged more than 34,000 veteran business owners.

Bisignano and his family are also personal supporters of the military and veteran community, including the IVMF, the September 11 Memorial and Museum, and the Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space Museum.

Among his many non-profit commitments, Bisignano serves on the boards of the Mount Sinai Health System and The Battery Conservancy; and is a member of Business Roundtable, a U.S.-based association of CEOs who use public policy to promote a thriving economy and expanded opportunities for Americans. He holds honorary doctorate degrees from Howard University, the New York Institute of Technology, St. Thomas Aquinas College and Syracuse University.
